Each group can be bought on its own: not every client who takes our advice wants us to build, and most of our build work does not begin with an advisory engagement.

How we engage

Assess, decide, build, run

Advice is finished when something has changed, not when the report is delivered. You are not obliged to take all four.

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed duration. We establish the ground truth before anyone proposes anything.
You get: A scored assessment and a findings pack

We set the target state and the sequence, with costs and owners.

We do not require that we build what we advise. Our roadmaps and architectures are written so your own team or another builder can execute them, and choosing us to build is always a separate decision. Five rules we hold every build to.

Independence

Independent advice, in writing

We advise, we build, and we own four platforms. Those facts sit in tension, and we manage the tension in writing rather than in judgment on the day.

Disclosed, and out of the scoring

Where one of our platforms could be a candidate in work we advise on, the interest is disclosed in the engagement letter before scope is agreed, and we take no part in scoring it. Where you prefer, an independent evaluator runs the scoring at our cost.

Nothing riding on the answer

We hold no reseller agreements and earn no licence or hardware margin. We would rather lose a platform sale, or a build, than compromise the advice, because the advice is the business.
